Apartment for rent - Summer 2007We have a large five-bedroomed family apartment for rental that would be suitable for people coming to Ibiza for summer holidays. If you want to rent a flat in Ibiza from us, look at what is available below and get in touch. The apartment is right by the pool terrace. It is ideal for families with kids who want to spend ages in the swimming pool - the pool is right outside the door! The apartment has two bathrooms and a huge living / dining room. It would even suit two families holidaying together - it will easily sleep 10 people. PRICES: Depending on low or high season, from £300 per week to £800 per week. We won't rent it for less than a week at a time, and the normal "change-over" is on Saturday, although we can be flexible on this. These are pictures of our five bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It has magnificent views over the town and bay of Santa Eulalia and is right by the pool terrace.
It's a lovely quiet location on a hillside with amazing views - ideal to relax and chill out. It is a quiet neighbourhood - ideal for families. Please don't come here if you intend to make a lot of noise, have loud parties, etc. The apartment has all the furniture, bedding etc you need, and a modern fridge/freezer and a full-size cooker. It doesn't have air-conditioning, although some of the rooms have ceiling fans. The nearest shops, restaurants etc are around 15 minutes walk down the hill, or 2 minutes in a car.
